If, after accessing the Quest collection site locator, you do not find a collection site within a reasonable distance of your company, please contact us at 800-333-5852 for assistance.  We have an extensive list of 3rd party collection sites who have agreed to collect for our clients at a reasonable rate and facilitate the transportation of the specimen to a Quest Diagnostics lab. There is a nominal fee added to the usual cost of the drug screen.
